Costs for standard shipping outside of Germany

Express shipping costs

Payment received by 15:00 (Mon–Thu): delivery the next business day.

Express delivery with Saturday delivery within Germany

In addition to the prices listed above, there is the option of Saturday delivery. DHL Express will charge us 30€ for this service. We will pass these charges on to you.

Default of acceptance

If the customer is in default with the acceptance of the properly offered service or goods, or culpably violates other obligations to cooperate, we shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract after the expiry of a reasonable grace period, including to demand compensation for any additional expenses. We reserve the right to assert further claims. If the above conditions are met, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the purchased item shall pass to the customer at the point in time at which the customer is in default of acceptance or debtor's delay.

Terms of payment

1. For all EU countries and UK all prices are final prices; they include VAT and all other duties and taxes. For deliveries or invoicing to other countries (non-EU countries e.g. Switzerland; with the exception of the UK), the prices displayed in the store are net prices. A refund of VAT is not possible. Any import duties must be paid by you in your country.
