You have two cameras. You use one regularly and the other only occasionally. You can run Camera 1 on a Subscription and use Prepaid Credits for Camera 2.

Example 1:

Your camera is on a Subscription. Some months are busier than others, so your photo and video allowance may run out faster. You can easily add Prepaid Credits to keep your camera running without changing your Subscription.

Example 2:

You want to use the remote control feature, so you choose the Basic Subscription. The 100 photos per month cover most of your current needs, but not entirely. The Premium Subscriton offers much more flexibility with 750 photos, but for now, you prefer to stick with the Basic Subscription without extra features. You can easily cover any additional needs by adding Prepaid Credits.

Animal Detection

AI-based animal detection automatically identifies and classifies animals in your photos and videos.

Remote Camera Control

Remote control lets you operate your ZEISS Secacam from home and adjust settings, such as image quality, at any time.

Color the Night

This feature uses artificial intelligence to transform black-and-white night images into realistic color photos for more detail and a more natural viewing experience.

Theft Replacement Service

The ZEISS Theft Replacement Service offers extra security. If your camera is stolen or damaged, you receive a one-time 80% discount on the replacement purchase of a new ZEISS Secacam.

ZEISS SecaTrack

This service helps you locate your camera in case of theft. You can activate it in the ZEISS Secacam app. If the camera is switched off, it sends its GPS location to your app every 10 minutes and also captures an image. This helps you identify both the location and the potential thief. Compatible with: ZEISS Secacam 3  & ZEISS Secacam 1

Activity Hub

The Activity Hub in the ZEISS Secacam app transforms your wildlife observations into real insights. Instead of individual sightings, you get clear statistics, trends, and heatmaps that show you when and where the highest activity occurs in your hunting ground, and which species dominate. Whether it’s seasonal changes, unusual patterns, or the best locations: the Activity Hub presents everything at a glance. This way, you plan your hunt not based on intuition, but on facts.

Yes, each ZEISS Secacam requires its own Subscription. If you operate four or more cameras in your account, you receive a 30% discount on the Subscription for all cameras starting from the fourth one.

Credits are used for every photo or video that is sent: 1 Credit per photo and 4 Credits per video. Credits are automatically deducted from your Prepaid-Credits or from the monthly allowance included in your Subscription.

Yes, you can cancel your Subscription at any time. If you do not cancel, it will automatically renew after the selected period ends. After cancellation, you can continue to use all features until the end of the already-paid period. You can choose between a monthly or annual Subscription when booking. Payment is charged at the start of each billing period. If you prefer maximum flexibility, we recommend the monthly Subscription.

Your photo allowance is valid for one month. At the start of each new month, your allowance resets to the amount included in your Subscription. For example, if you have the Premium Subscription, you receive 750 photos per month. If you have 30 photos left at the end of the month, your allowance will reset to 750 photos at the start of the next month."
